A friend recently inspired me to start a blog of my cooking. I've had one for a while of the restaurants we visit. But, we're going out less and less because we simply enjoy cooking.

I know this is one of many cooking blogs, so why should you follow mine? That's where the term "glocal" applies. Well, I try to use local produce and meats when possible, so I'll be posting product info when applicable. Second, I love to travel and it inspires my cooking. A normal week takes us around the globe from the southern US to Italy to Japan. I'm kind of A.D.D., so you should see lots of new recipes each week, since I'm always making something new and different.

So that's my shpiel. Come eat at my glocal table.
